  • Room Heater Charges
  • Oxygen Cylinder
  • River Rafting, Camel Ride
  • Monuments entry fees, Tour Guide, Boating Etc.
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Upgradation of vehicle to Non-Ac Innova or Innova Crysta

Notes

  • AC will not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle
  • Vehicle will run only to the point it is allowed in a particular destination; if the guest wants to travel/visit beyond that point, they will have to arrange local transport themselves
  • Child 05 Yrs will be complimentary in hotel (sharing bed with parents)
  • All above given hotels are subject to availability. If above hotels are not available, similar hotels will be provided
  • We don’t recommend the package if the guest has breathing disease
  • We are not responsible for any mishappening that occur while on tour due to breathing problems, landslide and clement change etc. No refund will be applicable in this scenario.

Special Notes

  • Vehicle provided is on point-to-point service basis. If any deviations or at disposal will be at an additional cost
  • Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every destination you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching. The company will not be liable for any loss of belongings/baggage.
  • The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity that may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
  • There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour
  • Report the airport at 3 hours before scheduled departure time
  • Airline / room upgrades and complimentary are not included unless specifically mentioned.
  • Standard hotel check in time is at 14:00 hrs & check out is at 11:00 hrs. Early check in or late checkout is not included and is subject to availability. In case the same is required it will be at an additional cost.
  • In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you alternate hotels of similar category.
  • Carry a valid photo ID proof for domestic travelling
  • As a travel house/ Tour operator, the company doesn’t have any control over Airline/railways/Coach companies, shipping companies or any other facilities provided by the third parties.
